The lives of El Pasoans were forever changed by the August 3rd, 2019 tragedy.

As the one-year mark approaches, El Paso United Family Resiliency Center (FRC), the County of El Paso and the City of El Paso aim to unite El Pasoans in order to honor those we lost and send love to those deeply impacted. As partners, we hope to promote community-wide healing and foster an appreciation for El Paso’s rich history and heritage. Together, we can light a path toward long-term resiliency.

REMEMBERING AT HOME
In addition to our Luminaria Remembrance Drive-Thru, El Pasoans can continue to pay their respects by placing a luminaria, on their porch or front door on the evening of August 3rd. Visitors of the luminaria drive-thru on August 2 will receive a luminaria kit at the entrance of the park. If you would like to pick up a luminaria in advance of the event, please visit one of the following locations.
