Hosted by Emergence Health Network, these reoccuring groups are available for survivors, family members, and community members who were impacted by the tragedy of 8/3.

General Support
Tuesdays at 10AM & 5PM

Those affected by the events of August 3rd can access a safe space to share and heal together. Please bring an open heart and open mind.

Stress Management
Tuesdays at 2PM

Stress is part of everyday life and the stress management group will prepare individuals to confront and reduce it for a healthier life and a better recovery.

Family Support
Tuesdays at 5PM

Family members and caregivers of those affected by 8/3 can also attend a separate support group to strengthen their ability to support their loved ones.


Wednesdays at 11AM

Mindfunless is the practice of increased awareness of the present moment. Mindfulness skills help reduce anxiety and increase healthy coping.

Grief Support

Grief support is for those who lost a loved one in relation to the events of 8/3. This is a closed group.
